• Translate user stories/user requirements (UR) into detailed requirements (DR)

• Handles requirements analysis, definition and documentation as well as UAT, ORT and implementation support of simple to medium-complexity, business-as-usual (BAU) projects
• Performs the critical function of analyzing and defining detailed business requirements, clarifying ambiguities and firming up concepts where necessary
• Prepares requirements documentation that will be comprehensible to both the business units and technical support unit; such requirements documentation will serve as the scope of work for any system development and maintenance that needs to be accomplished by the service development teams
• Assists the business units in the plan and conduct of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Readiness Test (ORT), and use in production of the new system functionalities upon implementation
• Holder of a bachelor's degree 
• Minimum of 3 years as Business Systems Analyst 
• Strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems and suggest solutions. 
• Experience in creating user stories
• A self-starter who takes initiative, can work without supervision and begin projects independently, embrace challenges, sets high standards, focuses on successful outcomes and promotes teamwork.

• Graduate of 4-year IT or Management course
• Monitors project deliverables and ensures that requirements are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinat internal resources and third party vendors for the timely executiion of project deliverables
• Prepare and present project status to IT Management and Project stakeholders
• Good written and oral communication and listening skills, detail oriented, meticulous, team player, dependable
• At least 3 years project management experience
• Knowledge in clinical applications or hospital information systems is an advantage
• PMI certified is an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in building/executing/maintaining Automation Testing
• Knowledgeable in either of the following automation tools: Unified Functional Testing (UFT) One V15 | Selenium WebDriver (Microsoft Edge Browser)
• Knowledgeable in HP ALM/SQL Scripting
• At least 3 projects worked on automation testing team through the lifecyle of a project
• Good understanding of the SDLC around testing and all phases of testing (UT, ST, SIT, UAT and Non-Functional Test)
• knowledgeable in UFT is a must (Unified Function Testing)

Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / Implementation support.
• Must have excellent communication and business writing skills
• Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written
• Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops
• Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables
• Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
• Knowledgeable in Agile
• Familiarity with bank systems/applications is an advantage
• Familiarity with Data Mapping Document

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 2 years experience on Java SE /Java EE technologies / Java 8
• At least 2 years experience on Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security AOP)
• At least 2 years experience on Hibernate ORM
• At least 2 years experience on Javascript, CSS, HTML and other client side technologies
• Intermediate knowledge on Web Services (SOAP / REST)
• Good understanding on Java Design Patterns
• Basic understanding of object oriented programming and modeling Skills
• Basic understanding on LINUX
• Software Development Life Cyle(SDLC), Waterfall, Agile
• Meaningful tests written in JUnit -API testing using Postman, direct curls, Swagger, any equivalent
• API documentation using Javadocs, Open Api, Swagger, any equivalent
• Debugging Java programs
• Writing/Reading Technical Documentations
