RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incidents and problem tickets, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with support teams.
  • Provide second-level support for escalated incidents and conduct code-level investigations.
  • Implement workarounds or emergency fixes and use monitoring tools for problem resolution.
  • Report software defects for permanent solutions and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to the application knowledge base and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of system obsolescence and vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Design, develop, and implement application enhancements and fixes.
  • Conduct testing for solution stability and provide technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with change management for smooth deployment of fixes.
  • Develop and coordinate release and capacity planning strategies.
  • Monitor application dashboards and conduct capacity assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and document release and capacity plans.
