Marketing / Account Support
The company is seeking a Marketing / Account Support professional to assist in marketing and account coordination activities for its growing staff augmentation business. This role focuses on operational support, coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth client and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing initiatives including client outreach, follow-ups, and coordination
- Assist in maintaining client accounts through regular updates and check-ins
- Coordinate with client points of contact (POC) and recruitment teams to align requirements and timelines
- Prepare reports, trackers, and presentations related to account and marketing activities
- Handle inbound client inquiries and ensure timely and professional responses
- Maintain organized records of client communications, leads, and active engagements
- Assist in proposal preparation, onboarding support, and account-related documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- With pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills
- At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, account support, or client services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in IT, staffing, sales, or B2B services is an advantage
