Marketing / Account Officer
The company is looking for a Marketing / Account Officer to manage client-facing coordination and account management activities within its staff augmentation business. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage client communications, follow-ups, and regular status updates
- Coordinate closely with recruitment and internal teams to meet client requirements
- Support marketing efforts related to client acquisition and account retention
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and account updates
- Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Oversee onboarding support and maintain accurate account documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- With pleasing personality, confidence, and strong client-facing skills
- At least 2–3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
- Experience in IT, staffing, sales, or B2B services is highly preferred
