- At least 10 yrs. of experience managing a Testing Team (min of 3 team members)
- At least 7 yrs. of experience of using ALM Test Management Tool or other similar Test Management tool
- Understand the high-level processes and products in financial and life insurance services
- Experience in managing an independent Testing Team for projects and/or AMS/Production Support
- Experience in Project Management, Risk and Issue Management and Mitigation
- Experience in creating Resource Management: Capacity and Demand Management
- Experience in functional and non -functional testing
- Has driven test process improvements within immediate team and across organization
- Experience in mentoring, coaching team members as part of performance management
- Knowledge on testing tools MF ALM, LR, UFT, Jira, Selenium, Github, Jenkins
- Strong communication skills for reporting Test Status and Metrics
