• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile software development environment.
• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience transitioning teams from traditional to Agile workflows.
• Strong conceptual understanding of modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, APIs) and CI/CD pipelines to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on servant-leadership and team empowerment.
