Provide second-level support for assigned production-related application incidents within established service level requirements and application maintenance guidance.
Minimize the occurrence of application incidents by investigating, analyzing, developing and implementing corrective measures as directed.
Provide support for operational requests received within agreed turn-around-time (TAT).
Provide technical support and/or resolution/fixes to reported errors during systems testing/systems integration testing and user acceptance testing where needed.
Qualifications:
With at least 2 years’ experience in systems design, programming and/or systems software and support
Programming Languages: SAS base (including SAS macro and SAS SQL)
Technologies and Management Tools: SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Data Integration Studio
Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles and other modern approaches to software development using Git and DevOps applications/tools
