Programmer Analyst (SAS)

Job Summary:

• Provide second-level support for assigned production-related application incidents within established service level requirements and application maintenance guidance.
• Minimize the occurrence of application incidents by investigating, analyzing, developing and implementing corrective measures as directed.
• Provide support for operational requests received within agreed turn-around-time (TAT).
• Provide technical support and/or resolution/fixes to reported errors during systems testing/systems integration testing and user acceptance testing where needed.  

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years’ experience in systems design, programming and/or systems software and support
• Programming Languages: SAS base (including SAS macro and SAS SQL)
• Technologies and Management Tools: SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Data Integration Studio
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles and other modern approaches to software development using Git and DevOps applications/tools
• Can support a 24/7 environment

Working condition:

• Full work onsite set up at BGC, Taguig
