Java Developer

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 2- 3 years of experience in Java Development
• Assists in gathering information on user requirements which will be used for systems analysis and design.
• Designs application modules/system based on user requirements and specifications by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develops file structures, interfaces, programs and reports specifications, file backup, recovery and archiving procedures.
• Codes and compiles new and revised programs following the set standards and procedures specified by the systems development life cycle methodology, information security and audit of the bank.
• Prepares test data and performs various tests to ensure error-free coding.
• Assists in the preparation of test, conversion and implementation plans for approval of the immediate supervisor.
• Develops and maintains systems documentation/manuals of the application systems.
• Assists in data migration and implementation.
• Provides support and technical assistance to users of the application.
• Conducts initial training to trainers/users of the application system.
• Work set up: 2 weeks work from home, 2 weeks on-site
